Modern Spring Engagement Session in the Boston Public Gardens
F + J's story began at the University of Maine during their college days. They were neighbors, living just a few doors apart, and soon found themselves drawn to each other. J popped the question on April 8th, alongside the Boston Harbor with a beautiful view of the Boston skyline in the background. For their engagement session, F had a clear idea of what she wanted, and it was so much fun bringing her vision to life.
Starting off in the lush surroundings of Boston Commons and Public Gardens, where the flowers were in full bloom, we aimed for an editorial vibe for their entire session. We mixed candid shots with some more posed ones, capturing the natural beauty of the setting and their relaxed, yet stylish, outfits of mixed neutral linens and soft pinks.
Moving on to Cambridge, we shifted gears to a more elegant setting, making the most of the majestic marble pillars. F wore a simple off-the-shoulder white dress, while J rocked a sophisticated and timeless beige suit.
Throughout the session, there was a genuine chemistry between F and J, making every moment feel effortless and genuine. From spontaneous laughs to F running around in her slippers instead of heels, the two’s love for one another is adorable.
I had so much fun getting to know these two and can’t wait to see what their future has in store!
